Cancellation and Refund Policy

For every class, workshop, and training offered by Wild Song Yoga full tuition payment is required to receive graduation credentials.

1. Class and Workshop Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class or workshop to qualify for a refund.
  • Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
  • 1/3 deposit is non-refundable

2. Teacher Training Programs:

  • For multi-day training programs, a written cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to the start date for a full refund, minus a 1/3 non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the program start date are non-refundable, and the full program fee will be charged.

3. Non-Attendance:

  • No refunds will be issued for missed classes, workshops, or training sessions.

4. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Deposits:

  • Some programs or events may require a non-refundable deposit, clearly stated at the time of registration.
  • Non-refundable deposits are deducted from the total refundable amount, if applicable.

6. Program Cancellations:

  • In the event that Wild Song Yoga cancels a class, workshop, or training program, participants will receive a full refund.

7. Extreme Circumstances:

  • In cases of extreme circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events, Wild Song Yoga may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

9. Modifications to Schedule:

  • Wild Song Yoga reserves the right to modify the schedule, instructors, or content of any class, workshop, or training program. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

10. Contact Information:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@wildsongyoga.com
  • Include the participant’s name, the program or event name, and the reason for cancellation.

Code of Conduct

At Wild Song Yoga, we are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment that promotes the practice of Yoga with respect, mindfulness, and integrity. To ensure a positive experience for all, we ask our students, teachers, and staff to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

1. Respect and Inclusivity:

  • Treat every individual with kindness, compassion, and respect, regardless of their background, experience level, or beliefs.
  • Embrace and celebrate diversity, creating a space where everyone feels included and valued.

2. Mindful Behavior:

  • Cultivate mindfulness in your actions and words, both on and off the mat.
  • Refrain from disruptive behavior that may disturb the practice or meditation of others.

3. Personal Hygiene:

  • Maintain personal hygiene to ensure a clean and comfortable practice environment.
  • Please refrain from using heavy scents or perfumes out of consideration for others.

4. Punctuality:

  • Arrive on time for classes and events to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth transition into the practice.

5. Studio Etiquette:

  • Respect the yoga studio space by keeping it clean and organized.
  • Use props and equipment mindfully, returning them to their designated places after use.

6. Silence in Practice Spaces:

  • Maintain a quiet and contemplative atmosphere in practice areas.
  • Save conversations for designated communal spaces to preserve the sacredness of the practice environment.

7. Mindful Communication:

  • Communicate respectfully with fellow practitioners, teachers, and staff.
  • Refrain from engaging in gossip or negative conversations that may disrupt the positive energy of the community.

8. Non-Judgmental Awareness:

  • Practice non-judgmental awareness, both towards yourself and others.
  • Acknowledge that each practitioner is on their unique journey, and comparisons are counterproductive to personal growth.

9. Reporting Concerns:

  • If you witness behavior that goes against this Code of Conduct or makes you uncomfortable, please report it to a teacher or staff member promptly.

10. Commitment to Growth:

  • Embrace the yoga journey as a continuous process of self-discovery and personal growth.
  • Approach challenges with an open heart and a willingness to learn from both successes and setbacks.
